Question:

If you want to book me to photograph your wedding (yay!) I will send over a contract for you to read and sign, a short questionnaire to get a few details about you and your wedding day, and an invoice for the deposit.

When this is all completed your date will be officially booked!

What is your booking process?

Question:

Are you insured?

Yes! I'm fully insured. I have public liability insurance, as well as cover for all of my equipment. I also have an up to date DBS check as I sometimes work with schools and youth organisations.

Question:

Answer:

I have several systems in place to prevent the worst from happening! My cameras have dual card slots, which means my images are backing up as I shoot them. Isn't technology cool? I also usually do a backup on the day during the meal. When I get home the images are then transferred to two separate hard drives. When I start the editing process I also keep a copy of the images in the cloud. Your finished images will be posted to you on a USB and also accessible via the online gallery you'll receive.

How do you make sure our photos are safe?

How soon after the wedding do we get our photos?

I like to give every couple 25 preview images within the first week. I know how excited you are to see them and share them with your friends and family! I'll have the online gallery with you within 6 weeks of the wedding and the USB box within 8 weeks. Turnaround can be quicker than this, but it depends on how many weddings I have at the time.
